Billion Oyster Party — known to participating farms for a decade as "Oyster Prom" means freshly shucked oysters from 50 farms across the country (INCLUDING LITTLE RAM), drinks along the waterfront, live music, tastes from our Shell Collection partner restaurants, and an All-Star Shucking Competition… all in support of Billion Oyster Project’s work to restore oyster reefs to New York City with New Yorkers.
